LET IT RAIN – Alpine Fire Benefit Weekend

The community of Alpine, Texas, is coming together to support local businesses affected by a devastating downtown fire with a special benefit event, the LET IT RAIN Alpine Fire Benefit Weekend. This two-day event, set for Friday, June 28, and Saturday, June 29, aims to raise funds for the businesses that suffered significant losses and to celebrate the resilience and solidarity of the community.

In the wake of this tragedy, the people of Alpine have rallied to organize the LET IT RAIN Benefit Weekend. This event represents the community’s determination to rebuild and support those who have lost their livelihoods. It promises to be a vibrant and heartfelt celebration, bringing together art, music and local culture, all with the aim of lifting spirits and reaching a $30,000 goal to support those affected by the fire.

The weekend will feature a variety of activities, from art exhibits and musical performances to book signings and fajita dinner fundraisers, ensuring there is something for everyone to enjoy while contributing to a meaningful cause.

For those with small children Alpine Community Projects will be offering childcare during both events. The donations for payment will also go to the general fire relief fund. You must pre-register and pay to reserve your space. Register for Let It Rain Babysitting Contact kirsten@alpinecommunityprojects.org for child care details or questions..
