Guitar in the Big Bend!

Sul Ross State University Music, The Museum of the Big Bend, Texas Music Friendly Community Alpine, Texas, and First Presbyterian Church of Marfa presents Guitar in the Big Bend!  Featuring Dragos Ilie of Romania, Jeremy Waldrip of Memphis, Tennessee, and Nick Hurt of Marfa Texas.

Guitar in the Big Bend is a series of classical guitar concerts along with a masterclass and workshop in Alpine and Marfa, TX. The event occurs the weekend of April 12-14.

Dragos has concertized all over the world and was the grand prize winner of a number of international guitar competitions (Koblenz International Festival, the Tokyo International Guitar Competition, and the Texas A&M Guitar Competition).

The programs will include an eclectic section of classical guitar music from all over the world, including Alpine, Texas.
