A music party where EVERYONE can play!

Start up your summer with music in the high desert mountains! On Saturday, June 20, an all-day progressive celebration will lead you around Alpine’s small, walkable downtown, inviting you to join in the music making or just sit back and enjoy.

Make Music Day is an annual global celebration bringing free musical events to more than 2,000 cities worldwide. This year, Alpine again joins the tradition with a schedule designed to inspire people of all ages to make music themselves, even if they have never picked up an instrument before. As a Music Friendly Texas Certified Community, Alpine embraces the spirit of creativity and participation at the heart of Make Music Day, encouraging everyone to try something new, play alongside neighbors, and experience the joy of making music together.
