Join SRSU staff on guided hikes on Hancock Hill one Saturday each month at 9:00am.
Each hike will have a theme and hike leader who serves as the subject matter expert from Sul Ross. Hike themes vary each month with topics ranging from birds and plants to geology and anthropology. Learn about the history of Alpine and Sul Ross and the natural history of Hancock Hill, while taking in stunning views. This 1.8-mile hike is moderately strenuous and will last 2 hours and does not visit the Sul Ross Desk.
