Museum of the Big Bend hosts opening weekend of Texas Photographic Society’s FotoTexas III June 21st and 22nd.

Saturday, June 22: FREE TO THE PUBLIC

Photo Walk – Join Sarah Vasquez for an outdoor hands-on workshop.
Meet at 8:00 am on the new patio of the museum for a walkabout.

FotoTexas III presents work produced in Texas that celebrates the rich history and current culture of the state—showcasing its people, icons, small towns, city life, varied landscapes, natural resources, and more.

This 50-image exhibition is juried by E. Dan Klepper, acclaimed photographer and gallery owner based in Marathon, Texas.

Also on exhibit: Vintage snap shot cameras from Monika Rodgers’ collection.
